Mr. David Moross is currently the Chairman & CEO of Falconhead Capital which he founded in 1998. Mr. Moross has enjoyed a long history as a leader in the consumer, leisure and sports investment world having been an investor and partner for many years with IMG, the world’s premier sports marketing and management company. Together they founded the first private equity sports investment fund, Sports Capital Partners, which was re-branded Falconhead Capital in 2001. Since 1998, Mr. Moross has raised and invested over $500 million of capital for Falconhead and has been actively involved in acquiring and building many leading growth companies such as ESPN Classic, Europe; Maritime Telecommunications Network, National Power Sport Auctions; ESCORT; Not Your Daughter’s Jeans (NYDJ); Competitor Group and GPSi.

 

Mr. Greg Norman is an Australian professional golfer and entrepreneur who spent 331 weeks as the world's Number 1 ranked golfer in the 1980s and 1990s. In total, Norman has won 91 professional events around the world, including 20 U.S. PGA Tour titles. Mr. Norman saw the value in the cart-mounted GPS systems industry and approached FHC with the GPSI opportunity. Through his golf course design firm, Norman has extensive development relationships in the global golf industry, including North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, Japan, China and Southeast Asia. His firm has designed approximately 75 courses and has another 37 under development.  

 

Mr. M. G. Orender is very experienced in the Golf world and personally owns 20 golf courses. His vast experience has been powered by his industry involvement, as he has held several positions in PGA America and served as President in 2003 and as Honorary President until 2006, after working as Vice President and Secretary. Mr. Orender is a golf instructor and developer of business courses for golf professionals. Previously, he founded Granite Golf, a facilities management powerhouse involved in nearly 30 golf facilities in 11 states-all in various stages of construction and completion and served as its President. Mr. Orender serves as Director of PGA Golf Professional Hall of Fame.

 

Mr. Charley Moore is a well known golf and sport industry veteran. After a successful ten-year career with IMG and TWI Interactive, in 1999, Charley Moore founded The Moore Group, LLC which provided representation for high profile clients such as ESPN Outdoors, Bombardier Aerospace, Nokia, B.A.S.S, and David Duval. Mr. Moore was also a co-founder of The PGA TOUR Network on XM Satellite Radio and CEO of Pure Golf, a leading provider of golf, tennis, and outdoor programming to the satellite radio industry. Charley joined Falconhead Capital in 2002 where he focuses on outdoor and media related investment strategies and is Chairman of the Board of NYDJ Holdings.

 

Mr. Christopher Weil is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Momentum Worldwide. He joined Momentum in 2003. Mr. Weil has been a leader with Momentum since over 10 years. Throughout his tenure, he has lead Momentum to double-digit growth year-over-year and has shaped it into a strong entity of the marketing industry with offices in 52 countries. Mr. Weil through his career has embraced the emergence of the digital world and its impact on his clients’ thinking and the consumer experience. In 2007, Mr. Weil introduced the concept of “Phygital”, a vision he essentially describes as the seamless interplay of experiences in both the physical space and the digital space. Mr. Weil served as President at Momentum New York from 1998 to 2001, where he lead the American Express global account team, creating new entertainment, sports and experiential marketing programs for the American Express brand around the globe.[..] Mr. Weil started his career in the live events and television production business producing and creating programs with many of America’s top properties including the NFL, PGA, NBA and The America’s Cup. He is a Member of the Advisory Board of Falconhead Capital, LLC and a Member of the Board of Directors of McCann Worldgroup and American Association of Advertising Agencies. He holds a degree in economics from Westminster College.
